General distribution

The villa consists of a main house (master bedroom and ensuite bathroom, reading room with log fire place, lounge with TV, dining room and kitchen), an interior courtyard with private pool, a large front deck and a very generous guest annex with 2 further bedrooms and shared family bathroom, all decorated in Moorish style.

The main house features a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, and a private balcony. The annex has two other spacious bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds, both with plenty storage space and large windows overlooking the private central courtyard and pool.

Living Area

The large TV lounge and dining room have sliding doors on all sides, ensuring that light, views and air flow are always available. For cooler winter months there is a pellet burner in the lounge. Off the lounge one can find a lovely sunny reading room, with a wood burning fireplace.

Kitchen

The kitchen is decorated with traditional Andalusian tiles. Fully equipped with coffee maker, microwave and all necessary appliances, cutlery and crockery. Direct access to the pool patio.

A/C and Heating

All three bedrooms and the kitchen have air conditioning and heating. Large windows in all bedrooms and the living room allow the mountain breezes to cool the house and rooms naturally. The reading room has a wood-burning fireplace and the living room has a pellet burner for the colder winter months.

Located on the hillside above the rest of the urbanization, this guarantees privacy and, above all, spectacular sunsets with sundowners and 360º views.
